Sagar ties up with itouch corporation japan, making it our first international principal for supply of raw material & machinery.

Hosted one of the first international textile buyer and seller meet between foreign suppliers and indian mills.

We shift to our new corporate office at sahajanand complex - Ahmedabad.

The first branch office is started in surat.

1994

The delhi branch office is started.

1996

We sell the first Rope dyeing machine of Morrison Textile Machinery Co.-USA in India to Arvind Mills.

2003

Sagar becomes the offcial representative of Toyota Industries Corporation - Japan for their sales of Airjet/Waterjet looms in India and received path breaking first orders from Arvind Group and Raymond Group making them our first customers for Toyota AJL

2004

The Mumbai & Bhilwara Branch offices are started.

The First Morrison Rope Dyeing Denim Project in Bahrain is sold to Manama Textile Mills W.L.L.

The Coimbatore Branch office is started.
